Lifeline Counseling Services was formed to provide mental health services, educational trainings and consulting services from a Christian perspective. Our goal is to assist you in healing from lifelong struggle or trauma and to give guidance to those experiencing life changes. Lifeline respects all faiths and traditions but counseling and guidance incorporates biblical truth from a Christian faith perspective in the application of sound counseling practices. Lifeline Counseling Services was started by John Johnson, MS, Licensed Professional Counselor, in 2002. After serving Alexandria and ministering to surrounding areas for several years, Lifeline merged with The Regeneration Center in 2005. In 2006, Dr. Joyce Johnson, Licensed Psychologist, was welcomed to Lifeline's counseling staff. Lifeline Counseling Services now operates as the counseling division of The Regeneration Center.
